Fun with friends...

 The last couple of weeks have been jam packed full of play dates with friends. Here are some pictures from our friendly adventures:

It was a little too "cool" for me to be in the water when Vivian visited us. Really, it was probably in the 80s, but I am particular. D ended up splashing with her, but I was content to watch for the most part. Brrrrrr!

Viv had a blast despite the mild temps.

My buddy, Leland, from CBS met us at the park one day. His mom, brother, and sister came too. We played and splashed and threw lots of rocks. I can't wait to hang out with him again, soon!

Went to PBS kids in the park with Lainie and her mom and sister. I wasn't a fan of seeing the characters up close but really liked waving at them from a distance. I also did the big slide all by myself this time!

Father's Day festivities at our church. I thought Mom and D were going to ride on this train with me...but they never got on...so I have a grumpy/puzzled look on my face.

Fun with our favorite friend, ever: Daddy! We played golf,  ate popsicles, threw the football, and had a great day with Daddy.

My bud, Grissom, was there with his family. We met up and chatted at the football throw. I am looking forward to hanging out with him, soon, too!

Daddy Day 2012

Emerson and Sully came to play with us for the day. It was just like old times!

We set up a waterpark in our side yard. We had a pool and slide, 3 sprinklers, a slip n slide, and then a water balloon fight (160 filled and smashed) in our day in the sun. 

Hayley, Brendan, and Jason came out and played with us. They helped us with our water balloons and splish splashing; they also blew some crazy big bubbles!

E and I like "Jake and the Neverland Pirates" so we had a treasure hunt to end our day together. 

Treasure = fruit snacks and gold doubloons (or Mom's idea of gold doubloons...paper pirate money). We used it to "buy" slushies and popcorn with a movie.

I love my pirate buddy and look forward to more fun with him again, soon.

We had such a great time with our friends. We had so many play dates that some of our time didn't make it on camera. We splashed at Kristina and Brayden's pool, hung out with Mommy & Daddy at Mindy & Vance's pool, and even got to play with Grissom and Brayden (and lots of other kids) at a party Mommy went to one day at Miss Carlie's house. Memorial Day

Here are some pictures from the last week and a half. Grandma paid us a visit, we instituted slushie night (thanks to Aunt Teresa's fun gift), and we celebrated Memorial Day with a full weekend of BBQ and water fun. We also hit the new Hot Wheels exhibit at the Children's Museum, went to the dentist, and got to go to the race track with Grammy & Papaw to watch some real-life Francescos go really fast! Dr. Melissa let me sit wherever I wanted, squirt the water all by myself, and move the space ship chair up and down all by myself. I love going to the dentist!
