Keeping me from danger is not an easy job. Mom and Dad certainly have their hands full. We found out this week that my counts had dropped, yet again. I was at 77k on Thursday. So, we'll have another test on Thursday and hopefully it will rebound. In the meantime, I have been trying my hardest to get some sort of bump or bruise. I have climbed up on the table, flipped my horse over and stood up on that (and fallen off), jumped off the couch, tumbled off a chair, and attempted to escape from my crib this week. If you are asking yourself where my parents (who are supposed to be watching me like a hawk) have been, they have been right there each time...I have just been quick as lightning. I have a goose egg the size of a quarter on my noggin from the chair incident. Daddy was able to rescue me from the crib; I had a death grip on the outside of it, dangling dangerously a couple feet off the ground. It hasn't been all bad though. I got to spend a safe evening with my Mimi while Mommy and Daddy had a date night; I also got to see Meghan this weekend. Speaking of weekend, Daddy and I treated Mom to a belated Mother's Day feast. Daddy was studying for his big exam last weekend, so we postponed our celebration of Mom until this weekend. He took his test on Wednesday, and we are so happy to have more time with him, now that the exam is over with! Yea!

It's not easy not being allowed to be a normal boy! Meg told me tonight that she was working hard to keep Ryker from bruising himself the other day. I feel for you guys having to go through this trial with illness. Hang in there! Praying for an increase in platelets.
